Each gown is made to order, and all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This policy ensures that every bride receives a pristine, untouched gown — exactly as it should be on her special day.
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review our size guide and measurements before purchasing. If you have any questions about sizing or style, please contact us before placing your order — we're happy to help you find your perfect fit.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your gown arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@destinyweddingboutique.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with our supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Destiny Wedding Boutique is committed to ensuring every bride has a flawless experience on her special day.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
