Return Window
Destiny Wedding Boutique follows a 14-day return policy, requiring customers to notify us of any return intentions within this period. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@destinyweddingboutique.com.
Condition of Items
Products must be:
- Undamaged, unworn, and unused
- With all original tags attached
- Within 14 days of the initial notification
Damaged or Defective Items
We offer a Return/Refund Policy for damaged or defective products, with claims accepted within 5 days of the item being received. Please contact us at contact@destinyweddingboutique.com with photos of the damage.
Return Shipping
As our gowns are shipped internationally, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items are final sale
- Custom or altered gowns cannot be returned
